Topsoil that has been removed from undeveloped land that has been processed by a screening plant to remove material larger the ½” in diameter to remove any small soil clumps, roots, and rocks. Screened topsoil is ideal to be used to install on larger properties which require the installation of top soil after new development for final grading before Hydroseed or sod is installed. This material is easy to spread and easily prepped for seed bed.
